Refund Policy

We do not accept returns.

We do accept refund request on damaged or defective products. We have a 30-day refund policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to show proof of purchase such as a receipt, online order confirmation, or order number. AND show the damage or defect was due to shipping, or craftsman error.

To initiate a refund request, you can contact us at team@theeffortlessbow.com  Please include an image and description of what is wrong with your product. 

Refunds WILL NOT be made for normal wear and tear of accessories and products.  This is includes staining on fabric due to messy baby hands.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is misprinted, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like clearance products, custom products or special requests.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
